Kadyrov has changed the leadership of Chechnya
President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has made several cadre reshufflings in his Republic.
Abdulkakhir Izrailov, head of the office of the president and government of Chechnya, has informed the "Interfax" Agency that Eli Yasaev, head of administration of the Oktiabrskiy District of Grozny, was dismissed. Instead, Said-Khasan Tsentroev, who was until recently an assistant of the chairman of the government of Chechnya, has been appointed to the post.
Osvad Movlaev, former deputy head of the administration of the Gudermes District, has been appointed to the position of deputy head of the office of the president and government.
Also, as the "Caucasian Knot" has already informed, on March 7, Mr. Kadyrov signed a decree, according to which Khalid Vaikhanov, former vice-premier of the government of Chechnya for social matters, was appointed Secretary of the Public Economic Security Council.
