Volgograd Region has legalized responsibility for infringement of the rights of the citizens, wishing to get to the municipal service
The Duma of the Volgograd Region has passed a bill brought in by the Office of Public Prosecutor of the Region, which establishes responsibility for adoption of illegal acts of law and infringement of the rights of citizens, wishing to get employed at the municipal service.
"The Regional legislators have passed in the final second reading the Law "On Amending the Code of the Volgograd Region on Administrative Responsibility of July 17, 2002, No. 727-OD," brought in as legislative initiative by the Office of Public Prosecutor of the Volgograd Region," Ms. L. I. Sergeeva, senior assistant to the public prosecutor of the Volgograd Region, has confirmed the information in her conversation with the correspondent of the "Caucasian Knot."
The Law establishes administrative responsibility of state servants for adoption of illegal municipal regulatory acts and default of the municipal legal regulatory acts passed according to the current legislation.
