Trial on Kislovodsk Imam murder will continue in Pyatigorsk
The next court session on the assassination case of Imam of the city of Kislovodsk (Stavropol Territory) will take place on April 23 at 11 a.m. in the premises of the Pyatigorsk City Court. One of the main witnesses in the case will be interrogated. This news was reported today to the "Caucasian Knot" at the unified press service of Stavropol courts.
The "Caucasian Knot" has already reported that consideration of the criminal case in relation to earlier convicted Roman Koyushev, a resident of the Predgorny District of Stavropol Territory, commenced yesterday.
On September 25, 2006, Roman Koyushev and Kazbek Botashev killed Imam of Kislovodsk Mr. Kurdzhiev on the motive of religious hatred they felt to him for his public voicing against Wahhabism - extremist religious Muslim movement.
