Head of NCRW Branch department blown up in Dagestan
In Makhachkala, capital of Dagestan, in Komintern Street, at 9 o'clock in the morning, when the service car of Omari Alilov, head of logistics department of Makhachkala Branch of the North-Caucasian Railways (NCRW), was on its route, a strong explosion burst out, as a result of which Mr. Alilov who was driving the car got heavy injuries of his both legs.
There were no other passengers in the car. According to certain eyewitnesses, a road police officer who was on duty on the road was slightly wounded. Alilov was hospitalized, and one leg was amputated.
When talked in private, people indicate Amuchi Amutinov, Manager of Dagestan Pension Fund, who has cold shoulder with Alilov, to be in charge of the incident. A criminal case was opened in relation to the explosion in Komintern Street, an investigation and operative group is working in situ.
