"Union of Veterans and Youth" declares distrust to President of Abkhazia

The public organization "Union of Veterans and Youth of Apsny" has declared itself as oppositional, explaining this by the loss of confidence in the President of Abkhazia, Aslan Bzhaniya.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that parliamentary elections in Abkhazia are scheduled for March 12.

The above Union has announced the transfer to the opposition to Abkhaz authorities. In its statement, the Union has explained this decision by the loss of confidence in the President, Aslan Bzhaniya, "due to his failure to improve citizens' life quality" and his statements about the possibility of losing part of sovereignty and selling real estate and energy infrastructure to foreign citizens, the "Abkhazia-Inform" reported on February 13.

In its statement, the "Union of Veterans and Youth of Apsny" has stressed that it doesn't intend to unite with any political and public organizations and announced protest actions and rallies, the "Abkhazia-Inform" has specified.
