Magamadov and Isaev sentenced in Chechnya
On February 22, the Achkhoi-Martan District Court passed a sentence on Salekh Magamadov and Ismail Isaev brothers. They were recognized by the court as accomplices of a militant from the grouping led by Aslan Byutukaev. The court sentenced Salekh Magamadov to eight years and his brother Ismail Isaev to six years of imprisonment. Salekh Magamadov and Ismail Isaev are not guilty, and their case has been “completely fabricated,” says an advocate. He promised to file an appeal against the verdict.
