Charges on the criminal case of blowing up the Grozny-Moscow train presented

The jurymen have passed an accusatory verdict on the criminal case related to blowing up of the Grozny-Moscow train committed on June 12, 2005. "The jury have found that the investigation has managed to prove the involvement of the defendants in the incriminated crimes," the ruling of the Moscow Regional Court runs.

The "Interfax" reports that the jurymen have found as proved the guilt of Moscow residents Mikhail Klevachov and Vladimir Vlasov of organizing the train explosion.

Both defendants - Klevachov and Vlasov - were presented accusations of an act of terrorism accomplished by an organized group that has entailed grave consequences, and of an attempt of a murder of two and more persons in a generally dangerous manner by an organized group on the motives of national and religious hatred and enmity.
