Search of defendants in Ulman's case announced
Ulman, Voevodin and Kalaganskiy, indictees in the murder case of peaceful Chechen residents, have been announced into search.
The Court has considered the petition lodged by the accusation party and announced their search by changing their freedom restriction measure for taking to custody, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
On Thursday, April 12, the Judge declared a break in judicial debate till Friday because of three defendants' failure to appear. Their advocate informed that he could not contact his clients.
The "Caucasian Knot" has informed earlier that captain Eduard Ulman, ensign Vladimir Voevodin, lieutenant Alexander Kalaganskiy and major Alexei Perelevskiy are accused of murdering peaceful residents of Chechnya.
