"Memorial": in Dagestan, missing resident was found among liquidated militants

The resident of Dagestan, who disappeared right from his workplace on August 17, was found on August 19 among the "trophies" of a special operation. Over 20 bullets were extracted from his body, which had numerous traces of violence. As reported by the HRC "Memorial", the body would not be given out to relatives, until it is proved that the man was not involved in terrorism.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Emirali Magomedov, a resident of Dagestan, was regarded missing from August 17. His wife Farida Magomedova believes that her husband was kidnapped by power agents.

On August 19, Emirali's relatives recognized him in the photos of the persons killed during a special operation in the neighbouring Kaitag District of Dagestan. In the morgue, the relatives were given an envelope with 22 bullets extracted from the body.

"Practically all the body was in haematomas and bruises. Both legs were broken; traces of blows could be seen on the head. As relatives said, there were about twenty bodies with such wounds in the morgue," the "Memorial" reports.

The "NEWSru.com" reports that the relatives could not take the body; they were told to address the FSB with a request: the body will be given out only if the casualty had not been accused under the "Terrorism" article.

Emirali Magomedov's relatives from Derbent assert that he was executed without investigation and trial, as reported in a message of the HRC "Memorial".
