Gandaloev: case of shelling Ghalashki villager sent to military investigating division
The case of the shelling and wounding Mukhmet Buzurtanov, a resident of the village of Ghalashki, has been transferred from the MIA of Ingushetia to the military investigating division, said the lawyer Magomed Gandaloev.
Let us remind you that on October 29, the spokesman of the republic's law enforcement bodies said that near the village of Ghalashki there was an armed clash of law enforcers with IAF members. A local resident was wounded by an occasional bullet.
As for the criminal case on the fact of the detected pistol, it has not yet been initiated, although MIA employees have interrogated Mukhmet Buzurtanov, as the lawyer Magomed Gandaloev, who is representing the interests of the Ghalashki villager, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
According to the lawyer, his client "just happened to be in a wrong place at a wrong time."
"The day before, on October 27, near Ghalashki, militants opened fire on soldiers. Apparently, the scouts, engaged in search of the militants, just came across Buzurtanov's car. It looked suspicious; besides, it was dark already. Therefore, the scouts decided not to risk and approach the car, but to shell it from a distance," said Magomed Gandaloev.
Buzurtanov, in his turn, argues that he had nothing to do with the pistol that was found in his car.
The militaries found Mukhmet Buzurtanov's car during an operation to search for militants, said a source from the MIA of Ingushetia.
