Aslan Cherkesov's relatives claim him being injected psychotropic drugs against his will
Medical staff of the penal colony injects psychotropic drugs, in particular, haloperidol, Aslan Cherkesov, a native of Kabardino-Balkaria, in large doses and without indications. This was stated by Aslan Cherkesov's relatives.
Let us remind you that Aslan Cherkesov is serving his sentence at the high-security penal colony No. 17 in the Krasnoyarsk Territory for the murder of football fan Yegor Sviridov in Moscow.
"On November 19, Aslan was visited by his advocate, who found him in a terrible state," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by Sonya Cherkesova, the Aslan Cherkesov's mother. She has continued: "He could not stand on his feet. He complained of weakness in his limbs, tongue numbness and spasms in his face and neck muscles."
According to the Aslan Cherkesov's mother, her son began suffer spasms after he began forcibly injected a psychotropic drug.
In their complaint filed to the administration of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation (known as FSIN), the General Prosecutor's Office, the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) and human rights organizations, the relatives of Aslan Cherkesov also write that while being in the penal colony, Aslan Cherkesov is subjected to systematic beatings and torture.
The authors of the complaint ask to institute criminal proceedings against personnel of the penal colony and against the doctor who ordered to inject the psychotropic drugs to the prisoner.
