Victims themselves promise to find Ulman's case defendants
Minkail Ezhiev, representative of the victim party in litigation on Ulman's case and head of the Human Rights Centre of the Chechen Republic, has stated that the victim party will apply maximum efforts to find the missing defendants.
"I think they had no other way out, as their punishment inevitability may now be easily guessed from the course of the trial," the IA REGNUM quotes Mr. Ezhiev.
Meanwhile, lawyer Roman Krzhechkovskiy, Ulman's advocate, believes that it is too early to talk about announcement of the defendants' search, since this is the prerogative of the Chief Military Public Prosecutor.
"Actually, as of today, they haven't been announced into search. This has only been entrusted to the Chief Military Public Prosecutor. As far as I know, announcing one's international search is a specific procedure that can take quite a long time," the "Gazeta.Ru" conveys the lawyer's arguments.
