    Since the escalation of the Karabakh conflict, 90 civilians from Azerbaijani cities, towns and villages have been killed in shelling attacks, and 392 others have been wounded, the General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan reports. The Azerbaijani government requested the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) to indicate to Armenia to stop shell and missile attacks and withdraw armed forces from Nagorno-Karabakh.

While explaining the need for a mobile hospital, the chief resuscitator of South Ossetia has noted that the republic's hospitals were facing shortage of beds because of the rapid increase in the number of people infected with coronavirus.
